Ester Bruzkus Architects — Opposites and Rhymes

Ester Bruzkus and Peter Greenberg present their office's working methods and design outlook and focus on two recently realized projects for gastronomy: REMI restaurant in Berlin-Mitte and the Villa Kellermann restaurant, run by chef Tim Raue. They implemented interior design for both projects and report on their practical experience.
